New Features

Here's a summary of what new features have been recently added to the EasyREG program.

Form Fill - Filling out a form just got a lot easier!

Our new Form Fill feature automatically prefills registration data into new registration requests when a person performs multiple registrations for an event.  Forms get completed in half the time and the whole registration process becomes that much easier!  Form Fill can be enabled or disabled on a per event basis.

Adobe PDF Export File Capability

Now you will be able to export your registration data not only into Excel but also into an Adobe PDF file for easy printing.

Early Bird Discount Program

Now available is the ability to provide an early registration fee discount for all of your event fees.  Apply discounts to all fees or just some.  Set an end date to automatically revert pricing to original amount.  Encourage online sign-ups over paper forms!

Tighter integration with Paypal payment system

EasyREG is now pleased to offer tighter integration with the Paypal payment system.  All payments made using Paypal are now instantly verified in EasyREG allowing for instant updating of the payment to the registration.  Along with this is the ability to view, sort and export out all registration payment information.

Pay by Check Option
Now you can provide the ability for a registrant to indicate that they wish to pay for their fees by sending you a check and skipping the online payment option.  For organizations hesitant about offering credit card payment option this is a perfect way to balance the convenience of online payments with the good stewardship model of cash payments.

Wait List Feature

Newly added is the ability to wait list your registrations based on two methods.  Now you can control the wait listing of registrations once your event gets filled up or wait list particular registrations based on predefined fields within the registration form.

Upward Evaluation Form Print Utility

Now you can create one file with all of your evaluation forms ... print it out with all of your players registration information inputted and you are ready for your evaluation night!
