Building a Form

Building a registration form has never been easier with EasyREG's unique "Build a Form" tool.  No programming experience needed!  Before starting be sure to plan out...

• All the information that you will need to collect to organize your event.
• Decide which fields need to be mandatory fields that require the user to input information when filling out the form.

With "Build a Form" you can add in the following types of form fields for use in any registration form:

• Textboxes
• Radio Buttons
• Checkboxes
• Drop Down Menu boxes
• Textarea boxes (comment boxes)
• Hidden Fields (for later use)
• Attach Documents to forms (useful for liability waiver acceptance)

Testing your Form

Once you have completed your registration form it is important that you test out your form to make sure that you are capturing the correct data in the way that is easiest for you to read and manipulate.  To be completely confident in your form you should test all the fields for accuracy, spelling, and completeness.  If you use EasyREG's "Build a Form" tool you will be able to test each form you build by submitting test registrations and then viewing the record that is created in your database.
