Choosing your data to view | Sorting your data

Viewing your event data without the hassle of needing to export it has now gotten easier! New to EasyREG is our View Data functionality. With a few mouse clicks you can view the current data for your registration event, sort the columns on the fly, and keep informed on who is signing up and what their information is.

Choosing your Data to View

To view a consolidated view of all of your registration data for a particular event, start by clicking on the View Data link off of your View Registrations page. From the View Data page choose the data that you would like to see in a spreadsheet style view. If you want all the data, check the "check all" link. After choosing your data press the "View Data" button.

Sorting your Data

Now you have your data. By clicking on the top of each column, sort your data according to the column you choose. Need to know how many 5th graders are signed up, click on the Grade column and in an instant all of your registrants are sorted by grade!
