The view registrations page of EasyREG is your main interface to each separate registration event that you create. From this page you can do any of the following:
EasyREG gives you the ability to view your registration page in two different ways.
This capability has been added to make it easier to view an event if you have many registrations to view. By default EasyREG will display all the registrations on one page until the total number of registrations reaches 30. On the 30th registrations, EasyREG will divide up the registrations by state and display the first state that has registrations in it in the following order (Pending, Approved, Paid, Held). So, if you have 100 registrations in the Approved state and receive 5 more ... EasyREG will show you the Pending page with the 5 new registration request. Once you have approved the registrations, EasyREG would then show you the Approved page with the 105 approved registrations on them. You may change this default value of 30 by going to the "Edit Event Settings" link on the top of the page and updating the "Registrations per page View" setting. For complete instructions, go to the tutorial for this feature.
EasyREG has developed four registration states that can be used to organize and step a registration through the entire registration process. These states are internal to the program and can be shared with the registrant by turning on email notifications and customizing emails for each state (more on this later). The states are:
Updating a registration state (Pending, Approved, Paid, Held) for any registration is easy. Simply click on the checkbox next to the desired new state and hit the "Update Registration Status" button at the bottom of the page. You may update as many different registrations as you like with one push of this button. You may also update different registrations to different states all at the same time. There is a second way of updating a registration state and that is by clicking on the edit link associated with each registration. Once on the edit page you will see the ability to change registration states. The only difference here is that if you have emails turned on, none will be sent regardless of which state you move the registration into.
To delete a registration you first need to move the registration from its present state into the Held state. Once it is in the held state you will see a checkbox for the delete option. Click on the delete checkbox and hit the "Update Registration Status" button. Once the registration is deleted it is removed from the database completely.
Viewing/Editing a Registration EasyREG provides you the ability to view and edit any registration that has been submitted into the database. Often people will mistype an address or call you and wish to alter some of their information ... this is how you can perform this activity.
To view a registration's complete data (besides the Name, Email, and Phone which is displayed on the main page), click on the View link that is provided along with each registration. All inputted data will be displayed on this page.
To edit a registration simply click on the Edit link which resides next to the View link. From this window you can edit all the entered data. You may also change the status of a registration from this page as well. One advantage of changing status from this page is that, if you have email notification turned on, you will not send out a notification when changing the status field here. Note that if you have more then one user manipulating registrations on this page you will need to refresh the page to get the latest view of all the registration data and states.
Attaching a Note to a Registration EasyREG gives you the ability to attach a note to any registration that
is viewable in the "Notes" field on each registration line. To attach a
note click on the "pencil icon" (
