PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU REGISTER

DKK offers three different class programs allowing for four different combinations of enrollment. Enrollment in combinations of the different classes effects how many days a week your child will attend DDK classes and the resulting monthly cost for the clients enrollment.

The Friday pre-kindergarten class is only available for children who will be 4 years old by December 31 and are already registered in the Monday/Wednesday and/or Thuesday/Thursday program.

Tuition is paid monthly by Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreements and is withdrawn directly from your bank account. Tuition includes all program, supply and field trip fees.

Please read through the Parent Handbook available on our website for all other policies and procedures at DKK. By completing this registration, you agree to the terms outlined in this handbook. Registration fees will not be refunded should you decide not to comply with these terms.

DKK reserves the right to cancel a particular class if enrolment or staffing is not sufficient.

1) Your child meets the minimum 4 years of age requirement for the Friday Class;

2) Your child is successfully enrolled in the Monday/Wednesday and/or Tuesday/Thursday class program.

8. Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement

The PAD Agreement completed for enrollment in the Monday/Wednesday and/or Tuesday/Thursday class program applies to the your registration for the Friday class program and does not need to be completed again.

PAD CONFIRMATION

I understand that I have been required to complete a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) agreement to register my child in DKK. I confirm that this PAD agreement has been submitted per the instructions provided.  I understand that if it has not been submitted, my registration will not be processed and my child's place will be given away.  Should this happen, I also understand that my registration fee is non-refundable.
